Ingredients:
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 can of diced tomatoes
3 carrots, chopped
2 large chicken breast, diced
1 30oz (or larger) container of low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cayanne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1. sautee onions until translucent
2. add all other ingredients
3. turn burner to "high", cook for 30 minutes
4. let simmer for an hour, or until vegetables are tender
5. consume with face
