Really??


Is this what I look like? I look at it and it doesn't seem so bad.. but is it accurate?

Is that you in the picture? You look great. I voted "just a little" on the weight poll because I'm 5'2" and weigh 128 on my bathroom scales (or 139 w/clothes on and in the afternoon on the Tanita at my gym) and consider that a tad overweight. If I can get down to 125 (on the Tanita?), where I used to be before I quit smoking, I'd have some leeway to eat more fruit, which really puts the weight on me.

Thanks to Atkins, I know I can eat protein and fat with good results IF I keep the carbs waaaaayyyy down.

Now, the question, do you *look* fat? No, you don't. Your extra few pounds just take away your leeway, which I see from reading your blog you need as much as I do.

That makes sense, thank you! I also have to keep the carbs way down if I don't want to gain weight.. and it's nice to know that there's someone else who's looking for similar goals to me!

My measurements are kind of weird.. I have a 29" waist and 40" hips. If I could just get rid of the hips I think I'd feel better.. ;)
